Analytics only with your consent.
No ad or social-media pixels.
This site sets analytics cookies only after you consent via the cookie banner. With consent, we run Google Analytics 4 with all advertising signals permanently disabled; without it, no analytics storage is used. We run no ad or social-media pixels. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics derives an approximate location (such as country, region and city) from the IP address; for visitors in the EU, Switzerland and the UK, Google states that the IP address is used only for this and is then immediately discarded. Sources (Google Analytics Help): [UA] IP masking in Universal Analytics [Legacy]; EU, Switzerland, or UK-focused data and privacy
Affiliate click-out events are recorded as anonymous counts (vendor + peptide + ISO timestamp). Affiliate networks (e.g., the vendor's own program platform) may set their own cookies after redirect — that's outside our control and disclosed at the click-out gate.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose visitor data. The site uses HTTPS end-to-end. Static-export deployment means there is no server-side request log on our side beyond what the CDN keeps.
Cookies and similar storage
Nothing from Google — or any other analytics or advertising provider — loads before you make a choice. If you click “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets the two first-party cookies below. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set.
| Name | Purpose | Retention | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Analytics: distinguishes visitors. | 2 years | Google Analytics 4 (first-party cookie, only after “Allow analytics”) |
| _ga_<container-id> | Analytics: keeps session state. <container-id> is this site’s GA4 measurement ID. | 2 years | Google Analytics 4 (first-party cookie, only after “Allow analytics”) |
| pg-consent | Strictly necessary: remembers your choice so the banner is not shown again. Kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to a server. | Until you change your choice or clear this site’s data | This site |
The 2-year retention is Google’s default. Browsers may shorten it if you do not return (Google cites a maximum of 400 days in Chrome and 7 days in Safari). Source: Google Analytics Help — [GA4] Cookie usage on websites
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops Google Analytics on the page and deletes the _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies.
